  • project_01:

    • AFTER your proposal, complete THREE total pages of thumbnail sketches for next class:

      • 6 quick, thumbnail sketches with annotation (sketch three ideas per page, leaving border room for notes and any arrows into content). These sketches should be different ideas within the same sphere of influence that you hope to work within (hyperrealistic & graphic project on dogs, for example)

      • Two larger, half-page sketches on your top ideas. These larger two should have more detail (variance in markers), painting a more in-depth image of your proposed project. (They both should be on the same page.)

    • Download the Google Drive App on your smart phone

      • take three neat, evenly lit photos of your three sketches and submit to the proper folder on the class Google Drive BEFORE next class. Having them all in a folder with your name on it will help for organization.

    • print your updated statement (should be printed at the library, not the Art printer) to support your print by including:

      • full name

      • working title (italicized, no quotes) or write Untitled (un-italicized, no quotes)

      • class and semester

      • cut down the page (as to use as a title card)

    • From Photoshop, export a jpg of your crit image and post it to the Class Facebook Group WITH your current project statement.

    • arrive early to hang print up - crit will begin 10 minutes after class begins

  • Due Monday 5/13 @ noon - PLEASE review guidelines before submission

  • Put both audacity files and processing sketch folder into a self-titled folder (if you do not already still have it as such). You should then remove your reference code examples and then zip the file and upload it to the final submissions folder of the class Google Drive. Keep very attentive to your email over that next couple days as I may be contacting you if your project has a problem with it

  • Prepare for presenting your project. Review guidelines for presentations on the project_03 site

  • review guidelines on the project_03 page to ensure you are meeting all requirements for BOTH projects.
